• This guarantee applies to all engineered polymer Chameleon brackets purchased from Connect-it on or up to 10 years after the date indicated on the date stamp.
• The guarantee covers breakage due to material defects or manufacturing flaws.
• The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse.
• To make a claim, please contact our customer service team at sales@connect-it.cc with a photo of the broken bracket and proof of purchase.
• We will replace the broken bracket free of charge within 30 days of receiving your claim.

• All polymer Chameleon brackets used for solar installations
• Breakage due to material defects or manufacturing flaws
• Replacement of the broken bracket with a new one of equal or greater value

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
• Brackets that have been modified or altered in any way
• Brackets used for purposes other than their intended application
